I woke up this morning to the news that Malik “Phife Dawg” Taylor passed away, here: A Tribe Called Quest’s Phife Dawg Dead At 45 but also all over my social media streams. He was only 45. Another hip hop legend gone too soon.
A Tribe Called Quest (ATCQ) was so important to my formative years that I can’t help but reminisce about my love for ATCQ.
